    The Fate of Modern Sodom

Published on September 17, 2023 and Edited on September 18, 2023

Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall (Proverbs 16:28).

It is common to see people who lie, making others believe that they have attained success, and even pride themselves on their achievements, knowing that they are a failure.

This is the case of the modern Sodomites/Canaanites/Pharisees (false pastors) of Time Square Church. For many years, the church worked for God for the money, and in their sight, achieved great success seeing that they were being acclaimed by the people who believed in their deception and became terribly conceited and proud. They acquired such a high opinion of themselves and elevated themselves, and praised one another that they decided they were answerable to only themselves, and could do exactly as they pleased without considering anybody or anything, not even God.

The Pharisees of Times Square Church and fellow leaders went in for every kind of sinful pleasure and led their people in their own wicked ways before the Lord, God has revealed to preacher Rajabian.

"We are indeed great men," they said to themselves with satisfaction. "We can do as we like, take what we like, and say whatever we will to make us happy! There is no one who can compare himself to us and to the greatness that we have attained!"

Their followers, the spiritually blind wouldn't see that their "supposed spiritual leaders" and proud leaders have diluted themselves to believing that they were righteous and could do and say anything they wanted to say through preaching while living a double life without being accountable before the Lord, until God unveiled the truth about who they really are by making His judgment against them manifest, leading His servant Karen Rajabian to announce such a judgment and expose their sins and the hidden things they kept secret.

In bible recorded history, pride was first seen in the pride of Satan, the devil before he fell from heaven. The Lord Who knows our hearts and thoughts, knew that Satan was proud and exalted himself above God. For he has said in his heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the starts of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregations on the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High. Yet, God brought Satan down to Sheol (hell), to the lowest depths of the Pit (Isaiah 14:13-15). In order words, God saw that Satan’s pride made him exalt himself, pretending to be like Him, and so He threw him out of heaven and the angels who followed him.

That’s how Satan fell from heaven.

In the same way Satan fell from heaven, the sons of disobedience and enemies of the cross of Christ who make their god their body also fall from the grace of God (Ephesians 2:2); (Galatians 5:4); (Philippians 3:18-19).

Now after the judgment of the Lord has been announced by His servant the prophet, the execution of justice and destruction is the result.

God uses Satan, he is the destroyer. When the wicked leaders of God’s church fall from grace, under Divine authority, it is Satan the destroyer whom they obey, who leads them to utter destruction (I Corinthians 10:10). The prophetic word of the Lord leads us to understand that destruction is a place of three stops:

    1.  They go to Babylon, which is the place of punishment for the wicked.

The Lord tells us about two Babylons. The first Babylon is the ancient evil nation that symbolizes evil up until today.

Babylon is the nation where God took Abraham from his family’s house (Genesis 14:13; 24:6-7); (Joshua 24:2), he left Ur the Chaldeans city to move to Canaan (Genesis 11:28-31; 12:1-3).

King Nebuchadnezzar was from Babylon. Nebuchadnezzar was a wicked king whose pride led him to destruction. One day, he was in his palace reflecting upon the greatness of his kingdom and concluded that he had achieved it all by his mighty power and for his own glory:  All this came upon King Nebuchadnezzar. At the end of the twelve months, he was walking about the royal palace of Babylon. The king spoke, saying, “Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for a royal dwelling by my mighty power and for the honor of my majesty?” While the word was still in the king’s mouth, a voice fell from heaven: “King Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is spoken: the kingdom has departed from you! And they shall drive you from men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field. They shall make you eat grass like oxen; and seven times shall pass over you, until you know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He chooses” (Daniel 4:28-31).

King Nebuchadnezzar failed to acknowledge God as the one who bestowed on him riches and power. The result of his foolish pride was that he fell from being so high to the grass, ending up being humbled.

It was Babylon that God used as a hammer of justice and brought destruction upon His Jerusalem Temple and the rulers of the people of Israel. In addition to using this nation as a weapon of war against other nations: You are My battle ax and weapons of war: For with you I will break the nation in pieces; with you I will destroy kingdoms; with you I will break in pieces the horse and its rider; with you I will break in pieces the chariot and its rider; with you  also I will break in pieces the shepherds and his flock; with you I will break in pieces the farmer and his yoke of oxen; and with you I will break in pieces governors and rulers (Jeremiah 51:1-24).

The history of Babylon is a long one. Babylon as a nation no longer exists because God destroyed it for being a wicked nation. Then it will come to pass, when seventy years are completed, that I will punish the king of Babylon and that nation, the land of the Chaldeans, for their iniquity,’ says the Lord; ‘and I will make it a perpetual desolation (Jeremiah 25:12). …Babylon, the glory of the kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldean’s pride will be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. It will never be inhabited, nor will it be settled from generation to generation(Isaiah 13:19).

However, the prophetic word of the Lord counsels us regarding the existence of a new Babylon, whose nation follows a pattern of scriptures around current world events.

    2.  The wicked go to Sheol (Hades or Hell), which is located in the lowest depths of the Pit where God threw Satan and His angels (Isaiah 14:13-15), and which is the place of after-death punishment of the wicked, the first death.

    3.  They go to the lake of fire and brimstone, where the devil who deceived them, will be cast into. This is the place of everlasting punishment where they will be tormented day and night, forever and ever. This is the second death (Revelations 21:10).

The Biblical Destruction of the Temple of God

    Remains of the Jerusalem Temple
         Remains of the Jerusalem Temple

“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:  and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall” (Matthew 7:24-27).

Proud people who have obeyed and followed the steps of their proud father the devil, doing evil, have ended up falling as he did and have eventually been destroyed.

In the biblical history of Israel, many are those who built the house of the Lord without Him, that is without obeying His commands, and were rather proud people who exalted themselves with the wrong things in disobedience towards God before they fell to destruction. Laboring and prospering with the Lord, unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it (Psalms 127:1).

Zedekiah was the last proud king of Israel built the temple of God on the sand (without the Lord) and his fall was great.

Great biblical history narrates the rise and fall of the Jerusalem temple. As it is, the Temple of the Lord was built once, but rebuilt twice. The previous Temples of the Lord have fallen by Divine authority. It was upon the death of Solomon, that the united kingdom of Israel was split into ten northern tribes, pulling away and forming their own nation using the name Israel. The two remaining tribes in the south continued under the name of Judah.

For many years the northern kingdom of Israel continued its worship of idolatry until God used the Assyrians as His hammer of judgment.

The Holy Scriptures clearly anticipated that the destruction of the First Temple would not be the final tragedy to befall the people of Israel. The great prophet (Jeremiah) had the sorrowful task of providing spiritual leadership prior to, through, and after the destruction of the First Temple. The kings of these days played power politics to avoid subjugation to divine authority Who appointed “Babylon to be the hammer of judgment (2 Chronicles 31:1-23 – 36:1-20)”.

On the ninth year of his reign, on the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and all his army came against Jerusalem and besieged it against it all until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah. By the ninth day of the fourth month, the famine had become so severe in the city that there was no food for the people of the land (2 Kings 25:1-3).

The Lord God had given Jehoiakim king of Judah into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon. After removing Jehoiakim from the throne of Judah along with some of the articles of the house of God; he brought them to the land of Shinar to the house of his god in Babylon, he then made Jehoiakim's uncle Mattaniah king of Judah and changed his name to Zedekiah (2 Kings 24:17).

Under the king of Babylon, Zedekiah was continuously under pressure by his advisors and subject to seek the help of Egypt and to revolt against Babylon. Despite Jeremiah's solemn warnings against this foolish course of action, Zedekiah turned to Pharaoh for aid and revolted against Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, the golden city (Isaiah 14:3-4).

By the sovereign will of the Lord, the Babylonian army moved against Jerusalem, bent on its complete destruction (His Temple and the city as a whole). The appearance of the Egyptian army gave only a brief respite to the besieged capital (Jeremiah 37:5). The city fell as it was burned, while Zedekiah tried to escape, but was captured by the Babylonians at Jericho.

It was under King Zedekiah’s watch that the Jerusalem Temple was burned, and the city of God was destroyed. He did not humble himself before Jeremiah the prophet, who spoke from the mouth of the Lord and increased his evil deeds against God and his prophet just to find that he was fettered and carried captive to Babylon, and brought to trial before the king of Babylon at Riblah (2 Chronicles 36:11-14); (Jeremiah 39:5-7) where king Nebuchadnezzar tortured him by killing his children before his eyes. Later, the Babylonians poked his eyes out, and was imprisoned until his death (2 Kings 25:1-7); (Jeremiah 52:11). Eventually the nation of Israel, was mercilessly sacked and razed to the ground (2 Kings 25:17-25:10).

Jeremiah’s prophecy regarding the captivity of the people was fulfilled until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths, that is 70 years (2 Chronicles 36:20-21) by then many people had died.

The Biblical Destruction of the Second Temple of God

Then Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the temple. And Jesus said to them, “Do you not see all these things? Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down” (Matthew 24:1-2).

During the time that the Lord Jesus walked on earth, the land of Judea after the Maccabean revolt, was still under Roman military occupation. The second rebuilt Temple of God would also fall to Israel's enemy, the new Babylon. This prediction was recorded in the Bible many years before the events took place.

It was Jesus Who prophesied the second fall of the temple of God many years before it happened: For days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment around you, surround you and close you in on every side, and level you, and your children within you, to the ground; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation” (Luke 19:43-44).

At that time, the word of the Lord was fulfilled again. As the days of the fall and destruction of the first Temple of the Lord were, so shall the fall and destruction of the second Temple of the Lord also be. And their children will die with them.

During Jesus’ trial before Governor Pilate, he did not find Jesus guilty of the accusations being brought before him. At the undiscovered accusations, Pilate committed to wash his hands and to say, I am innocent of the blood of this just Person. See to that yourselves. And all the people answered and said, His blood be on us and on our children (Matthew 27:24-25).

The killing of their children was then repetitive. The crowd called for a curse to be brought upon themselves and their children. It would be after many years that in this same courtyard, the Romans would break through and slaughter the Jews of Jerusalem. This is how the Temple of God was destroyed by Roman Empire troops under General Titus.

Are we on the same page?

It is written in the Bible, as the days of the great fall and destruction of the first and second Temple of the Lord and the nation were, so will the fall and destruction of the church of God also be. It will be simply great under Babylonian/Roman rule.

    What Roman/Babylon rule?

    Modern Times Wicked Babylon

    Modern Times Wicked Babylon

Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters, with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication.”  So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.  The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. And on her forehead a name was written:

    MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,
    THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS
    AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS
    OF THE EARTH
    (Revelations 17:1-5).

In (Revelation 17:1-18), the mystery of the golden apostate church and its political power is unveiled in the final form of the Roman Empire under which Roman Statutes the International Criminal Court (ICC) was established. The Roman/Babylonian ICC is a place of punishment for the wicked. The Vatican and the Roman Catholic Church is described as spiritual harlot in the sense that, as a powerful political institution, she rules over leaders and kings of the world and rides upon a seven-headed beast rather than having total allegiance to Jesus Christ.

This Roman/Babylon whore follows the practices of ancient Babylonians. She is adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication as an influence for evil politically and religiously (Revelations 18:1-24).

Therefore, this Roman/Babylon refers to the power of the Roman Empire under whom according to Bible history, many early Christians and Jews were persecuted, tortured, and martyred for their beliefs because they would not submit to the Roman Emperor.

It was during the days of Jesus, that a great number of proud Pharisees were a part of the government of Israel under Roman authority. It was the Romans as explained above, who ended up destroying the temple of God.

Thus, the prophetic pattern of the Holy Scriptures shows that though the first Jerusalem Temple fell to the Babylon of old, the second Jerusalem Temple fell to a political Roman power as the new Babylon which still exists.

Without a doubt, the prophetic word of the Lod shows that God's temples fell to Babylon, and in the same way, His church of God will fall to Babylon (the place for the punishment of the wicked). And as King Zedekiah tried to flee when he saw Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon break into Jerusalem and the Temple of God, there will always be some others from the church of God who stay and others who will flee destructive Babylon.

Abraham’s enemies joined in battle and fled from their neighbors and the rulers of the nations which included Babylon: the king of Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and the king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (that is Zoar) went out and joined together in battle in the Valley of Siddim against Chedorlaomer (king of Elam, a Persian city), and the kings that were with him: Amraphael king of Shinar (a Babylonian city), Arioch king of  Ellasar (an Assyrian or Iraqi city), and Tidal or Goyim (king of nations) the United Nations – four kings against five (Genesis 14:8-9). Four kings fought against a coalition of other kings at the Valley of Siddim (that is the Salt Sea or Dead Sea). The kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled from the Valley of Siddim which was full of asphalt pits, where some fell and died, and the remainder fled to the mountains. A bad place to be obligated to run through to escape, just to be captured by Abraham after his return from the defeat of Chadorlaomer and the kings that were with him (Genesis 14:17).

The judgment in a trial that Babylon will pronounce on modern Sodomites/Canaanites/Pharisees (the prisoners) is based upon the charges of the Lord listed below (Genesis 26:5), He caused contemporary Abraham (Karen) to obtain in her favor from the U.S. government in exchange for leading them to the place where Colonel Gaddafi is hiding.

    19.  Church fraud from the year 2005 to the present time

           -  Misuse of funds to afford and commit a crime

    20.  Use of Karen’s writings and knowledge they obtained from all sources of her teachings of Jesus Christ and the Bible to create a Manual (a book about different subjects to be used for instruction to teach Times Square Church)

Karen Rajabian as contemporary Abraham will meet the king of Sodom at the Valley of Shaveh (that is the King’s Valley). The King’s Valley or Kidron Valley is a place associated in the bible with judgment, sorrow, and death (2 Kings 23:1-6), (1 Kings 15:13), (2 Chronicles 29:16; 30:14). That is the Valley where God says, …“I will gather the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat, and I will enter into judgment with them on account of My people(Joel 3:2).

It was at that place of judgment, sorrow, and death (where trials happen) that the king of Sodom, has said to Abraham, “give me the persons and take the goods for yourself” (Genesis 14:21).

Bible history and prophetic stand cannot be changed nor replaced. God had made an oath to Abraham (Karen) and said that He would deliver his enemies into his hands: “Blessed be Abram of God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; and blessed be God Most High, Who has delivered your enemies into your hand.” (Genesis 14:19). The oath which He swore to our father Abraham: To grant us that we, being delivered from the hand of our enemies, might serve Him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before Him all the days of our life (Luke 1:73-75).

God's will was for Abraham to have peace and to serve the Lord all the days of his life free from his enemies. And so, God made a way for victory for Abraham over his enemies Sodom, Gomorrah, and their Neighbors, who fell into his hands at a place where trials happen and where the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were spoiled from their goods.

Abraham was able to rout 9 kings with a relatively small army due to the protective intervention of the Lord who had plans with him. For modern Abraham to not only read but write about the prophetic word of the Lord as stated in Genesis 14:1-24 while she battles her enemies, the fact is that by the power of God history is repeating itself. The God who delivered 9 kings into Abraham’s hand, certainly is delivering her enemies into her hands.

Therefore, the fall and destruction of Abraham’s enemies will be catastrophic with an exodus with no return (Jeremiah 50:40). As in the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah and their neighbors,” says the Lord, “no one shall remain there, nor shall a son of man dwell in it (Jeremiah 49:18).

“The decision on judgment was announced by messengers, the holy ones declare the verdict, so that the living may know that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes and sets over them the lowliest of people" (Daniel 4:17).
